Multilingualism as scientific pluralism

Each language attempts to describe/model the world.  I have argued previously that having several models is better than having just one.  (See, for example, my blog of  17 Aug. 2012)  So Anna Wierzbicka may be right in arguing that we should be multilingual. (See, for example, her book Imprisoned in english, Oxford U. Press, 2013) I am, of course, including mathematics and computer codes in the mix of languages.
